Sweat Together: Chill Together // bhy opens 2nd location, bhy Broadview
bhy, one of Toronto’s most beloved and longstanding hot yoga + fitness studios, announces today it the opening of its second location, bhy Broadview, at 635 Queen Street East, in the city’s Riverside neighbourhood.
bhy Broadview expands bhy’s signature offerings — including hot yoga, hot HIIT, hot barre, Ignited 45 (a barre and Pilates-inspired format), yin yoga, and cold plunge therapy — into a second, purpose-built location.
INSIDE THE NEW LOCATION
Located on the main floor of a three-storey building at street level — offering high visibility and easy access in Toronto’s vibrant east end. Positioned at the crossroads of Corktown, Riverside, and Leslieville, the new studio connects a growing neighbourhood with bhy’s grounded and vibrant approach to fitness and recovery.
The space features:
Two large practice rooms for hot yoga, hot HIIT, ignited 45, barre, and yin yoga
State of the art heating and cooling in each practice room with humidification and dehumidification systems and high efficiency air exchangers.
Four cold plunge tubs for post-class recovery
A bright lobby and lounge area, mirroring the signature welcoming feeling of the original Beaches location
Design-forward interiors by KLA Interiors — combining natural materials (oak, stone, glass) with clean, calming lines, and warm lighting and some unexpected moments of fun
From functional flow to thoughtful design, the new space is built to support presence, performance, and regulation — both on and off the mat. It’s not a space that encourages silence, it’s one where people come alive. Where flow meets laughter, and the collective energy lingers long after class.
bhy Broadview is less about escape and more about arrival — stepping into your body, your energy, your community. It’s grounding. It’s electric.

ABOUT bhy
Founded in 2002, bhy has quietly built one of the city’s most loyal hot yoga communities — long before wellness became the booming industry it is as we know it today. With its roots in the Beaches, bhy began as a hot yoga studio with a strong local following and an emphasis on fitness and people + community, and consistency over trends.
Now, over two decades later, bhy has evolved its offerings to create a truly full-spectrum studio experience that supports well-being in all facets, mental and physical, fitness and recovery. Rather than following fast-paced wellness trends, bhy stays grounded in what works: movement in heat, recovery in cold, a space to reconnect, and a deep sense of community that has always been at the heart of the studio.
BEHIND THE BRAND: MEET DANA DINEEN
Founder of bhy
Dana Dineen is the founder and creative force behind bhy, a community-forward boutique fitness brand rooted in discipline, empowerment, and transformation. Since leading the original bhy Beaches in 2005, Dana has grown bhy into a thriving wellness studio known for its vibrant energy and commitment to consistency, intensity, and empowerment. With over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, she has built bhy as a space where people come to strengthen the body and mind and show up fully—for themselves and each other. She is driven by the belief that powerful practices can change lives and that fitness is for every body. This core belief shapes every detail of the client experience to reflect the brand’s ethos: accessible, vibrant, and deeply transformational practices in heat, cold, and community.
